Este artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la aplicación de la metodología de análisis de contextos y patrones de macrocriminalidad en el proceso penal de justicia y paz, la relación que puede tener con los fundamentos de los feminismos legales críticos y sus alcances y limitaciones en la construcción de verdad judicial para las mujeres víctimas en Colombia. También busca ser una invitación para que el activismo legal y la academia feminista atiendan la necesidad histórica y política de estudiar e interpelar con mayor énfasis, las metodologías usadas en la justicia transicional para el esclarecimiento de esta verdad en disputa. Para ello, hace una crítica feminista de carácter sociojurídico a la aplicación del nuevo modelo de investigación penal especial introducido por la Ley 1592 de 2012. The objective of this article is to analyze the application of the contextual analytical methodology and the macro-criminal patterns in the criminal process of justice and peace, the relationship between the fundamentals of the critical legal feminisms and their reach and limitations in building the judicial truth for the female victims in Colombia. It is also an invitation for the legal activism and the feminist academy to tend to the historic and pollical need to study and to emphatically question the various methodologies used by the transitional justice to find the truth at hand. To do so, this article presents a feminist social and legal criticism of the application of the new special criminal research model introduced by the 1592 law from 2012.
