dc.description.abstractThis paper reviews the most representative authors in business models, the impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on business models and the current business model of the company Innovacril S.A., based in Panama City, additionally, through the analysis of bibliographic sources about business models and study cases of family businesses, a business model was defined for the company Innovacril S.A. that enhances its growth and sustainability over time in Colombia and through interviews and surveys with the owners and representatives of the economic sector, the validity of the defined model was considered, with special emphasis on the perceived added value.
