Abstract. This thesis analyzes from the Intersectional Justice, the ideas and arguments of gender that underlie at the main moments of the process of penalization of the lack of food assistance in Colombia, through the legal, jurisprudential and public policy instruments (institutional dimension). On the other hand, this text approaches a trans-institutional view of the lack of food assistance, in order to highlight the experiences, agencies and subjective and intersubjective resistance of the women who experience the lack of food assistance and its meanings. Thus, the transit through the administration of justice of the women who participated in the interviews, serves as a bridge between the institutional and the trans-institutional dimension, because it shows from their experiences the limits and potentialities of these scenarios in terms of justice.
