Amanda Parra Cárdenas; parte del conocimiento de los Derechos que se enfrentan en el uso del suelo en el sector urbano, conflictos de convivencia en la Ciudad, el derecho a la ciudad; un urbanismo enfrentado al urbanismo de tipo colonial e histórico; ordenamiento territorial a nivel nacional para las nuevas construcciones y actuaciones urbanísticas; todo en su conjunto se toma de forma general hasta abordar el contenido de las determinantes ambientales y del Esquema de Ordenamiento Territorial del municipio de Socorro; se ha podido evidenciar que falta planificación y direccionamiento entre el patrimonio histórico y el desarrollo de proyectos urbanísticos del municipio con ocasión de la expansión de la zona comercial e industrial sobre el sector residencial e institucional en el casco urbano antiguo del municipio.
