Body, dance and music, are important topics, not only in artistic education in Chocó city, but also in daily experiences and about history and traditional customes. In this way, music lives through movement and dance in daily routines, holidays and ritual acts. However, it pretends making a comprehesive description about different processes in near places where proyect`s author was working and observing, looking for general questions about body and dance relevance in musical education in universities This proyect, tackles teaching processes about Choco music in “Universidad Pedagógica”, explained with theoretical bases which include history, context, teaching relevance, learning enviroments, body and dance. Also, music and dance classes were places with active participation from author and external observation, generating descriptions and reflexions, respect to interest and experiences from author. About methodologic development, were generated experiences with ordered descriptions and then with reflexions , then they are the base for objective comprehension from specific topic as history, context,, learning and culture, involved in learning of music and dance in Chocó.
