A gestão do pedagógico frente a educação especial na perspectiva da educação inclusiva

This monograph presents some findings and reflections on the management of teaching work in special education in the perspective of inclusive education. First the work presents the history of special education as far as to arrive perspective of inclusive education in this and, from there, are much implications that this new scenario brings to the work of teachers and the schools themselves. In this sense, inclusive education and special education from this perspective also must be considered in the process of school management and educational management process. Teaching here was scored as being all thinking and acting school in order to reach the production of knowledge, reason for this institution. As the production of knowledge permeates mainly by classroom, goes through essentially, then, the work of teachers. Thus, this research aimed to verify and analyze how is happening the teaching management in front of special education in the perspective of inclusive education. The reality was studied at a school in the municipality of Agudo, and analyzed the Pedagogical Project (PP) of the institution and gone interviewed six teachers, five teachers from the initial years and one teacher of especial education. With this work I found that in the management of the educational reality in the face of an special education in inclusive perspective happens mixturing concepts of special education in inclusive perspective and concepts of a traditional education. There are many aspects involved in the management processes of teaching and, consequently, in the school management, and educacional management. Thus, as the very processes of educational management often does not value the special education in inclusive perspective, this to remain in the background regarding the processes of teaching and management school management.
