dc.description.abstract | This article discusses the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and the role of the teacher in front of the new technologies, it also analyzes the results obtained through a training in ICT, which aimed to enable teachers of Initial series of Elementary School for use of technological resources (text editors and slides), available at the State Institute of Education Professor Isaias of the municipality of Santiago/RS. The training was given by a teacher of the course Technician in Data Processing and had the monitoring of 6 students. The work becomes relevant because there is a certain lack of teachers of the initial years qualified to use these technologies in their pedagogical action. It was observed that, despite the difficulties presented by the teachers in relation to the basic knowledge of computers, many are using these resources and training to some extent encouraged teachers to apply them in their pedagogically practice. The reports of the different experiences lead to conclude that the teacher can create attractive possibilities and motivating for students, through the technological resources entered into a differentiated teaching and contextualized. | |
