The pursuit for a new model of attention to health requires constant evaluations concerning the integrality of the actions between different services in a network. In this context, it is necessary to analyze the continuity of care, considering integrated and articulated actions that occurred on the network of Santa Maria/RS, after a fire disaster that killed 242 young. The PNH refers to health attention networks as indispensable for the continuity of care, considering their devices as essential to the effectuation of the entirety. This article aimed to analyze, among the professionals, the importance of health care networks and integral care post-tragedy.It was conducted a focus group with professionals of various services that provided assistance in emergency situation and practiced intersectoral actions. The reports were analyzed based on Content Analysis, resulting in the construction of four categories. We emphasize that the different views of theprofessional’s network explained the importance and the necessity of communication and continuity of integrated actions, since past the emergency situation, it became apparent the reduction of intersectoral practices, demonstrating the fragility of this attention network that should promote integral care as advocated by SUS.
