Tutorias, unidades laboratório e processo de trabalho: significados e impacto da planificação da atenção primária em saúde

The study has the general objective of: Analyzing what meanings the PHC Planning produced among the teams involved, considering the processes of tutoring. Thus, it is justified by the need to better understand the way of internalization of these new learning movements around the planning of APS and its impact on the reorganization of the respective work processes in the FHS. It is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, developed with professionals who work in the municipal PHC teams and managers. Data collection was done through a Focus Group with the professionals of the PHC teams and semi-structured interviews with the tutors and managers, the data were analyzed according to the thematic content analysis. Results and discussions: The analysis of the data shows that the planning enhances the model change reflections, through an extended planning process, developed in a horizontal perspective in relation to the participants in which information exchange and the collective construction of proposals prevail. It represents, thus, a reunion of concepts and ideologies, already known that, through expositive and dialogic workshops, allow a new attempt to make effective the theoretical presuppositions of PHC. Conclusion: Because it is a complex process, this analysis is not exhaustive with this investigation. It is suggested to carry out new studies aimed at understanding and evaluating the impact of PHC planning by social actors, that is, health professionals and community, as well as the importance of their implementation in health services.
