Impacto das TIC na formação e atuação docente: uso da ferramenta fórum como meio possível de autoformação

Abstract

This article presents a study on the use of information and communication technologies by teachers in continuing education offered at UAB System, Federal University of Santa Maria, RS. This case study which investigated the use of Forum tool in virtual environment learning Moodle teaching as a means of personal formation. The survey was developed through qualitative and quantitative methodology, using and analyzing questionnaires applied to students of the course distance ICT applied to education of the Polo Novo Hamburgo, RS. The results obtained indicate the tool Forum as a means of continuing self-training for teachers as possible.
