Prefactibilidad de instalación de un laboratorio para medición y análisis de emisiones atmosféricas

Abstract

Los objetivos generales son desarrollar un proyecto que busca mostrar los diferentes ámbitos que se deben manejar en el control de emisiones de gases y material particulado, tipologías, propagación, métodos e instrumentación de control. La metodología a utilizar será básicamente analizar la situación actual de este mercado en la Región Metropolitana y sobre la base de esta información, hacer proyecciones y cálculos, los cuales permitirán definir la prefactibilidad del proyecto. Actualmente en Santiago existe una variedad de empresas que son potenciales clientes de un laboratorio de mediciones de material particulado, entre ellas podemos mencionar, empresas de procesos químicos, metalúrgicas, edificios (calderas), hospitales, etc.; lo cual en suma significa cerca de 2.300 fuentes que detienen en emergencia o preemergencia ambiental y que son potenciales a medir, de las cuales 700 fuentes corresponden a mediciones con método CH-5. La realización de este proyecto, muestra cuan ventajosos pueden llegar a ser los proyectos de orden ambiental, siempre y cuando estos sean correctamente evaluados, especialmente en los aspectos legales y reglamentarios así como el desarrollo de un importante plan de comercialización; lo anterior dado que este proyecto arroja como resultado la necesidad de realizar alrededor de 15 mediciones mensuales para hacer el proyecto viable. Se determinó que el proyecto será cubierto por medio de un inversionista que aportará el 23% de la inversión y el capital de trabajo necesario; y el saldo será cubierto por medio de crédito bancario. Por medio del análisis de sensibilidad se determina que en las condiciones del escenario normal, el VAN es de $16.500.874, y el TIR de 25, 19%; lo cual concluye que el proyecto es factible de realizar y que el negocio es altamente dependiente de la cantidad de servicios de medición que se realicen, por lo cual se recomienda tomar medidas en el desarrollo de un plan de comercialización efectivo y enfocado netamente en el cliente y la forma de obtener una alta retención de estos.

The principal objectives is to develop a project that it looks for showing the different scopes that are due to handle in the control of gas discharges and particular material, type, propagation, method and instrument of control. For these objectives, the methodology to use will be basically to analyze the present situation of market and on the base of this information, to make projections and calculations, which will allow to define the real possibility of this project. Actually in Santiago are a variety of company are potential clients of a laboratory for particular material, so for example, company of chemical process, metallurgic, building (Horn), hospital and others; all these sum around 2,300 point of emission can be stop in ambient of emergency or pre -emergency and 700 point of emission are measure by CH-5 method. The accomplishment (is real this word) of this project, shows how advantageous and positive can get to be the projects of environmental order, as long as these correctly are evaluated, in the legal and prescribed aspects as well as the development of an important plan of commercialization. This project show the relevant of this results and suggest the necessity of will make fifteen month measures by the viability of this project.

One face of the project will be covered by means of an investor who will contribute to 23% of the investment and the capital of necessary for work; and the balance will be covered by means of bank credit.

By means of the sensitivity analysis one determines that in the conditions of the normal scene, the VAN is of $16.500.874, and the TIR of 25,19%; both results clearly our show in the project is feasible to make and that the business is highly employee of the amount of services of measurement which they are made, thus it is recommended to take measures in the development from a plan of commercialization effective and net focused in the client and the form to obtain a high retention of these.
