The company S.I.C.C. (field solutions for the Caribbean) In order to further develop their business concept, Mr. Gomez came up with the idea of creating a new line of business with emphasis on the production of cheese to sell to retailers. To start developing this new idea, the owner took into account the knowledge of artisan cheese producers, which provide the milk.
It should be noted that these producers have not formalized their business, but instead they are informal producers who produce cheese using traditional methods in their homes, where the form of production is not the most suitable for plant health, transportation is inadequate, among other problems.
To develop the project, the company proposes to create a project group to host small producers of cheese and formalize their productive activity within the company SICC. In order to create a new product line within the company where they benefit producers and the company as such, from the above is required to conduct an investigation and planning toward dairy sector, particularly with regard to cheese in the Sucre region, specifically in Sincelejo.
The project emerged in order to further support the company's vision that the company will become a leader in the agricultural and forestry sector. Through the development and implementation of projects the companies generating employment and ensuring social and economic growth of the regions concerned.
