Colombia is a country that has attracted the attention of different countries around the world for to economic behavior that has occurred in recent years. Thanks to these results, it is recognized as an emerging market because his rapid internal growth in commercial and industrial issues, and its notable and growing relations with other countries, among other features. In Latin America we find several countries with similar characteristics and business initiatives like ours; countries like Peru, Chile and Mexico have potential and significant market infrastructures, in addition to geographical proximity (except Mexico) and a great similarity between our cultures. In 2011, a regional integration initiative who wants to develop a progressively economic free movement of goods, services and people. In order to become a political, economic and trade worldwide platform, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region. This initiative is known as the Pacific Alliance (AP) One of the most sensitive subsectors to the member countries of the AP is the agricultural subsector. Due to low product differentiation and progressive threat of a massive entry of foreign products at a lower price, it can get to destabilize the market and affecting domestic production or other trade partners.
