Diagnóstico del servicio de alimentación escolar en el comedor escolar del Colegio Saludcoop Sur I.E.D

The present document is the report of the work developed in the institutional practice that was carried out in the School Dining Room of the College ICE South of the locality of Kennedy in the city of Bogota, during the second semester of the year 2015. It consisted in the diagnosis of the Project Of School Feeding of the Ministry of Education of Bogota from the case of the school cafeteria of the school Saludcoop South, in the light of the criteria of differential care. A mixed methodology was implemented using surveys and semi-structured interviews with the actors who are part of the service, obtaining descriptive statistics and personal interpretations, as well as documentary analysis. It was identified that the District School Feeding Project does not generate a distinction as indicated by current regulations on the type of care required. For differential conditions, the attention is of a unique type because the project is impossible to identify and attend to the particularities of the school population because the logistics of the operator, does not contemplate the possibility of differential preparations. It is a standard service.
