Resumen
China opened his economy to the West at the end of 1970 s, which allowed her an enormous economic growth. The foreign companies that were installed there, found profitable costs of production. Nevertheless, the companies rapidly realized that the conditions and the labor legislation in this country were below the level of the developed countries, and that the influence by part of the State in the trade, was strong enough. With this investigation, it proposes to show the consequences that these conditions can have on the foreign companies that install there, by means of two exemplary cases, in order to turn into a guide for the companies, so they can be able to adapt.
