The present study has an analytic type, retrospective cohort, Its objective is to study a model of health´s rendering of services with an integrated net concept in accordance with private clinics of second and third level of complexity at Sogamoso city (Boyacá department): The analysis covers the time between the years 2012 and 2014 in which we put into practice the working process of the model. In August of 2012, the partnership strategy was conducted by the three institutions in an autonomous and freeway taking as a guide the methodology proposed by CEPAL in the year 2010; the methodology and the model used differences are due to the particularities of the clinics and the context in which it was developed. The emergence of this attention model flourished from the need of giving the health´s benefits offered by the clinics according to their installing capacity for the total of the Nueva EPS population in the Sogamoso city, that at that precise moment was not fulfilling due to none of the institutions had the individual infrastructure for assisting the total of this population. The result of the partnership of these three clinics was achieved thanks to a previous trust between the administrators of the clinics plus some later meetings in which the people involved took the decision of working with the Temporal Union model because they do not conformed a juridical person different to the one they already have. (To the one it represents them) This study demonstrates the impact of this partnership model, of each one of the organizations involved, assessing four domains, or areas such as the learning capacity, the capacity of strategic management, scale economy, and the power of negotiation and externalities. For the data recollection, we used the data-base of the hospital institutions with the information of the opportunity pointers, as well as the increase of invoicing and of precaution before and after the formation of the temporal union. In addition, we made polls to the clinic administrators as a source of information for developing new products, cut costs, increasing of the hospitable offer, establishments of alliance, rolling along common services and opening of new markets. Furthermore, we made an additional poll to the users of the new developed product. As a result of this study, we find benefits in all the assessed domains for the institutions that interact with this model and we hope the other characters who participate on it as the EAPB and which do not belong to the present study can obtain the same benefits that we had. In Colombia we do not observe the existence of a similar model in our health system, in spite of the slight attempt of the 1438 law of 2011 trying to start the building of nets. For this reason, we can say that this study point a path for the health organizations in order to have and articulation model before the lack of developments of net outlines. All this, due to this model doesn´t have any regulation.
