Resumen
The processes of formation of qualified health professionals around the world, compliments the knowledge between two fundamental components, one theoretical component and one practical component. The formation received in the classroom and the realization of the academic practices to which the students receive, lets the student transform the academic knowledge received in knowledge close to reality and with professional foundations. These are the reasons for which educational institutions have the responsibilities of forming professionals so they may serve in social components, and administrative and practical components as well.
Among the advantages of conducting the practices in the formation of health professionals are recognized: the possibility of having a vision of the responsibility of their job in which they are going to face it, develop abilities of social relationships increase the level of maturity, develop and implementation of strategies of supervision and personal gain and trusting in their job. However it can be a negative aspect if the practice is not applied properly and the theoretical knowledge doesn’t have a successful integration.
For the case of formation of health human talent, the space use for the realization of these practices on the Institutional Health Industries should be places that facilitate the students to find an integral relationship between the theoretical formations and also the professional practices, in this way the student can increase certain preparations.
The academic practice has an interest in the formation of professionals and represents a period where the student converts in a subject between the Educational Institution and the Institution that provides the service. The student has a period of time where he/she evaluates itself and at the same time can evaluate the environment where he/she is going to develop his/her professional practice.
The objective of this research is to develop a technical tool that allows the Administrative Department to facilitate supervision, monitoring and evaluation of Teaching Service Agreements in the Health Service Institutions, ensuring respect for the rights of the users, the quality of services provided, patient safety and humanization of care, aspects that can not be adversely affected by the development of academic practices.
All care activities that are developed by students in carrying out their professional practices should be carried out under strict supervision of teachers and specialized staff responsible for service delivery in compliance with the Health Quality Assurance System Security in Colombia.
