In 2007 the Rosarista Institute for Social Action and multiple teachers of different faculties, in an effort to integrate the teaching, the investigtacion and the extension, create the interdisciplinary team of studies in local development. The inciiativa sought to contribute to the formulation of responses to issues of local development through the implementation of projects in a community. To this end, teachers articulated their skills and knowledge in the construction of a programme of integrated intervention in the sector of the Bank. Search by building, from a comprehensive analysis, processes that address the challenges posed by underdevelopment, makes that the proposal of the team Interdisciplinariosea very interesting. That is why in the 1st chapter this systematization is considered relevant to rescue the team actions through a systematization of its experience since its inception in 2007, until its disintegration in 2013. Chapters 2 and 3, in a detailed way, includes the diagnosis, planning and implementation of two of the projects that were undertaken in the sector of the Bank: "Youth School of training in democracy, social projects and community work for the bank sector" and "imaginary and social representations around disability in vulnerable communities. Case study sector the Bank, Bogotá. "." Finally, some conclusions, lessons learned and recommendations of this community work experience are presented.
