The aim of this study is to propose the development of a leadership school for teenagers from a private school in Medellín, The Montessori School. The school is focused on the approach of a project on scholar leadership, Taking into account the conceptual, procedural and strategic as their configuration, based on the design of a leadership development program for young children from Montessori School Medellín. In that sense, the work will outline conditions to visualize and assess the implementation and offer a program of training, mentoring and development of skills, attitudes and leadership skills to complement academic and extracurricular, leading to the formation of citizens and entrepreneurs of tomorrow , that makes young people more competitive in their personal, family, social and business within their professional project and thus contribute directly in improving their quality of life, their families and the its peer group. From this, one can analyze that today; developing generations require early intervention that responds to the political, social, cultural and business, and in leadership.
