The ICTs has created a new impact on the functioning of organizations and have contributed to its evolution, generating different effects according to the role that these play within the organization. The ICTs as a consequence become a management strategy in a complex environment where possible to achieve improvements in the social, economic activity, welfare and access to information and knowledge(Cáceres Carrasco & Aceytuno Pérez, 2008). In order to understand the benefits of ICTs should provide managers with tools to develop effective business models in the face of markets and focused on customer satisfaction. Additionally, for organizations to add value, not only refers to the service they are providing, there are other factors other than the use of ICT tools and innovation that are also just as important as the support processes, which is management of background and make it possible to provide a service to the market, these processes are applications and user-friendly procedures to articulate issues such as corporate responsibility, relationship and communication with competitors within the same industry, it is precisely in relations with customers, that ICT and Internet use can have an impact on business models through activities such as electronic commerce, electronic marketing, online marketing and others. There is research about these issues: innovation, IT, but relations have not been established between them, due to its novelty. Different researchers work experiences in the use of ICTs as a tool for organizing information arising allow the idea of carrying out this study over Bogota reality of MiPyme. This investigation with qualitative approach makes a bibliography review, and under a theoretical view analyzes the relation between develop agents that made evident, the innovation and the TIC tools use.
