This study entails an academic literature review relevant to market entry and methodologies for decision-making for organizations which are searching for an Outsourcing supplier to enter to foreign markets. The way in which a firm plans its enter to a foreign market as well as perform proper quality data evaluation and strategy design determines their success or not. On the other side, the methodologies presented are focused on strategic level or organization vertical structure. It begins at simple methods through those based on the Multicriteria Decision-making Theory, both individually and hybrid ones. Finally, we exhibit the System Dynamics Theory as a useful tool but it can be fuzzy with multicriteria decision-making methods.
