This research analyzes the collective actions of two social organizations of women in the construction of safe cities. For this, it is useful to study them from four basic elements proposed by Sidney Tarrow (2011). In the development of this work, the elaboration of semi-structured interviews to leaders and key people in the organizations, as well as an analysis of their publications and stories, made it possible to reflect on the structural problems and the use of conceptual correlations with the subject of security in cities and differential risks by gender.
