Principios de la actividad electoral en la era digital : una aproximación al control administrativo colombiano de la propaganda electoral en Internet

The technological development and the expansion in the ways of communication have brought not only great benefits but also new challenges for the Colombian Modern State. Currently, the offer dissemination has increased in the campaign advertising whereas the design in the 20th century mass media legal framework persisted. Therefore, this document studies the current mechanisms in the administrative control for the Internet campaign advertising. And, it proposes some mechanisms that assured the principles of the electoral activity, being the first proposal in Colombia. Due to the few existed studies in this topic, the scope in this document is analytical and is based on the legal-institutional view. It has been used two main methodologies: qualitative such as data collection –work files and interviews- and analytic collection –typologies, comparison and legal framework exegesis-, and quantitative analytical figures.
