Due to the accelerated globalization that is experiencing the world economy and world markets are growing every day more and more, this makes small businesses have to grow at the rate that the world calls it, this is the case Corpoempack Ltd. PyME a designer and producer of social expression items as greeting cards, love, support, gift paper, notebooks, diaries, folders, among others, that since the domestic market was staying small compared to many providers they saw the necessity to extend his horizons being tried to conquer external markets beginning to export to Ecuador and other neighboring countries, but where that is not enough to penetrate other continents suggested that the reason for this investigation taking any 2 countries, Mexico like front door to North America and Spain like the possibility from enter Europe. There I am made a detailed study of the 2 possible countries having seen the advantages and disadvantages to export and to as well open a store of social expression with exclusive products Corpoempack. The result was that the best option to export to Spain by facilities in trade agreements, the size of the Latin colonies and the force that they have in the market and finally the competition that exists in this field as exclusive warehouses of social expression are low, so it would be a great opportunity to give Spanish innovative products and net Colombian products.
Projecting the business to 5 years, considering that market conditions are or improve, it will be a very profitable business with a view to a fast growth, of course, considering the improvements as much organizational as in structure in the first house Colombia since there are several weak points that to reinforce in climate and administration.
