Santa Cruz Asociation is an organization that throughout 17 years has created formation spaces for children and youth. The running projects are authentic programs for youth, attractive for them and for those who form them (educational entities and households). Through experiential education and outdoor activities we have found the perfect tool to form in a current and deep manner. The results of this process are demonstrated as follows: a) Structuring a functional organizational chart for the organization. b) Elaborating functions and procedures manuals for all the organization´s employees. c) Making the financial projection of the project EKO Summer Camps. d) Market analysis enabling reliable sales projection. Thanks to the work done in this process we deliver an improvement action plan that empowers the organization by complying with all given parameters and generating a self-sustaining organization that increases its clients annually at least 20%, generating an annual surplus up to $ 200 millions in the first 5 years and up $ 600 millions in years 5 to 10. Thanks to this improving process the Association will become in the Colombian organization that holds more residential summer camps per year: 8 for 2012. It is an Association that can self-support thanks to its own projects and it only depends in a 20% of the received donations. The non-formal education is an industry with great potential in Colombia as it is a weak and small offer to a large demand and with a need easy to identify. Implementing this restructuring process the Association will have the opportunity to serve a population of about 300 people by 2012 and will approach, 1.200 in 2022.
