La intuición estratégica como eje dinamizador en la toma de decisiones de las mipymes

The present research focuses on making an exploratory analysis on the impact that has strategic intuition in the process of creating, organizing, growing and maintaining organizations characterized by belonging to the category of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Bogotá -Colombia. For this purpose, the study focuses on organizations (MSME) of a small sample in Bogota-Colombia belonging to sectors where it is harder to have information for decision-making, so that, if evidence is found about the use of strategic intuition, new grounds would be open for new and more extensive research on this topic in the Colombian and Latin American market. The study focuses on how observed companies start and persist over time despite of the fact that they have not had the respective systematic diagnostic studies of their environment and internal situation, such as marketing, installed capacity or financial analysis, but still have achieved a position in each of its markets. Given this context, the idea of this study is to determine whether this success of prevailing is due to a number of qualities, skills or characteristics of these entrepreneurs, associated with the general framework of the of strategic intuition theory.
