Estrategia de internacionalización frente a los TLC para la empresa Fashion Jelky

This research was conducted with the support from the Centro de Emprendimiento e innovación empresarial at the University of Rosario, CIDEM, using its tools and methodologies, which were implemented along with a group of expert consultants in each stage, under the direction of Luz Sofia Mendez. The main goal of the project was to conduct an initial preparation for the company Fashion Jelky, to undertake a process of internationalization through direct export of their products, so the research was divided into five stages, in which a complete study was conducted both internally and externally, in order to analyze all aspects of the export process and provide the company with a reliable and updated tool, to allow it to have a clear view of the big picture of the environment in which it operates. This analysis was done with the assistance of Fashion Jelky's general manager, who authorized the use of the corporate information, taking into account that it will be used only for academic purposes and will be kept completely confidential. The different stages of the research are: International Potential of the Company, Market Intelligence, Product Improvement, Sales Simulation and International Marketing Plan, which cover all of the aspects necessary to obtain a complete view of the company´s environment, in order to pursue a successful internationalization process.
