dc.description.abstractThis case study describes the process of designing and structuring the human management area of the company Recursos Humanos Exclusivos S.A. This company is dedicated to supplying temporary staff supported by quality processes and advanced information systems. The purpose of this study is to provide enough information about the process of structuring and essential elements for the design and composition of human management area. The area is analyzed as a system and the various subsystems that affect it. For this pose different theories that have existed regarding fundamental issues such as personnel management, organizational design, human resource management and concludes with the proposed design of the human management area.
