| dc.description | En un mundo globalizado en el que todo es líquido, la fi jación de los hechos en materia jurídica sólo parece posible, tanto para las instituciones jurídicas especializadas como para las estructuras cognitivas científi cas, mediante aproximaciones sucesivas. Por la importancia que en este contexto tienen las presunciones para proceder a esa fi jación, en este escrito se construyen algunas de las principales bases epistemológicas para su estudio, haciendo referencia a la concepción general y a la concepción técnico jurídica de las presunciones, a fi n de insistir en la necesidad de utilizar correctamente el lenguaje jurídico y teórico y, así, contribuir a aclarar los múltiples errores que se comenten en la práctica forense al utilizar esta importante categoría técnico jurídica. | |

For the importance in this context of presumptions for proceeding with this fi xation, at this writing are some of epistemological foundations for study, referring to the general conception and design technical legal presumptions, to insist on the need to use correctly the legal and theoretical language and thus help to clarify the multiple mistakes that comment in forensic practice when using this important technical legal category. | |
