dc.descriptionEl propósito principal de este artículo, es hacer un análisis teórico de la concepción que se ha tenido del hombre a través de los distintos enfoques organizacionales. Para tal fin, se estudiaron los pensamientos administrativos, desde la teoría de las relaciones humanas, hasta llegar al enfoque posmoderno, donde se integra la ontología del lenguaje. Se desarrollo una investigación documental, que permitió concluir la necesidad de concebir al hombre en las próximas décadas como un actor transformador de la realidad, con todo un conjunto de capacidades lingüísticas que le permitan interpretarla, comprenderla y modificarla, para actuar como sujetos responsables y competentes en diferentes situaciones y contextos; individuos inteligentes y bien preparados, con pensamiento crítico y dialógico que deban saber cómo adaptarse a las nuevas realidades organizacionales.

dc.descriptionThe main intention of this article is to make a theoretical analysis of the concept of the man concept from the organizations perspective. For such aim, the conceptions studied that have been had of the man, from the theory of the human relations, to arriving at the approach postmodern, where Integra the ontology of the language. Development a documentary investigation through a hermeneutic test that allowed to conclude the necessity to conceive to the man in the next decades like a transforming actor of the reality, yet a set of linguistic capacities that allow him to interpret it, to include/understand it and to modify it, to act like responsible and competent subjects in different situations and contexts; well prepared intelligent individuals and, with critical and dialogic thought that must know how to adapt to the new organizations realities.
