Plan estratégico de comunicación para el proceso de capacitación del Ministerio de Cultura y Juventud
All training is important during working life, as this depends on the level of worker performance in their role. Training is key to successful development. As part of the tasks set out in the Servicio Civil, la Gestión Institucional de Recursos Humanos del Ministerio de Cultura y Juventud coordinates training for officials of the various entities that comprise it. These training requests time, money and effort from the Proceso Gestión del Desarrollo as they must meet a series of requirements to ensure quality, however little interest and low participation is evidenced by the officials of the various entities that have the opportunity to train , so determined to conduct a study to determine that cause of low attendance but especially how it is transmitted the information it is important to define the effectiveness of internal communication used to disseminate such training . It is intended to ascertain the reasons why the staff does not know or does not go significantly to the training , since these are free and during working hours also analyze how the MCJ informs officials on issues of training and from the evidence collected cash to propose a Communication Plan. The research is exploratory and descriptive , by gathering information through surveys . The results are presented in tables and graphs which contain the detailed analysis.
