| dc.description | The present work had the objective of carrying out the feasibility study for the installation of a meat vegetable processing plant of Andean lupin (Lupinus mutabilis), in the city of Huamachuco, La Libertad. Through market research, technical study, legal study, environmental impact study through emergy analysis and economic - financial study. According to the market study carried out in the city of Trujillo, considered as our potential market, we obtained a net demand of 122.88 tons of vegetable meat in the first year, projecting a demand of 143.39 tons for a horizon of 10 years. The technical study determined the location of the plant in the area of La Cuchilla in the city of Huamachuco. For the installation, a total investment of S/.2.154.836,98 soles was determined. The environmental analysis showed an ELR and ESI higher than 1, so the impact is positive; on the other hand, the %Ren is higher than 0.5% indicating a positive impact. | dc.description | El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo realizar el estudio de factibilidad para la instalación de una planta procesadora de carne vegetal de tarwi (Lupinus mutabilis), en la ciudad de Huamachuco, La Libertad. Mediante el estudio de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio de impacto ambiental mediante análisis emergético y el estudio económico – financiero. De acuerdo al estudio de mercado realizado en la ciudad de Trujillo, considerado como nuestro mercado potencial, se obtuvo una demanda neta de 122,88 toneladas de carne vegetal en el primer año, proyectando una demanda de 143,39 toneladas para un horizonte de 10 años. Del estudio técnico se determinó la ubicación de la planta en el sector La Cuchilla de la ciudad de Huamachuco. Para la instalación se determinó una inversión total de 2.154.836,98 soles. El análisis ambiental mostro un ELR y ESI superior a 1, por lo que el impacto es positivo, por otro lado, el %Ren es superior a 0,5% indicando un impacto positivo. El estudio económico mostro un VANE de 5.358.300,50 soles y un TIRE del 76% indicando que el proyecto es viable y se acepta. | |
