| dc.description | En la comunidad de San Antonio, de la parroquia Cuchil, cantón Sígsig, está ubicada la sede de la Caja de Ahorro y Crédito Ecos del Huallil (CACEH), es una organización familiar conformada por 68 socios y socias a la cual pertenezco, nació en el año 2007 sobre dos pilares fundamentales: la solidaridad y la cooperación. El presente estudio tuvo como propósito conocer cuáles son los elementos que dicha organización está aportando para el desarrollo comunitario de San Antonio, como también identificar los cambios (de cualquier tipo) que se han generado en la comunidad a partir de su creación. Los participantes de esta investigación fueron nueve miembros de la CACEH y tres actuales líderes de la comunidad de San Antonio, a quienes se aplicó entrevistas semiestructuradas, luego de la aplicación de las entrevistas se construyó, en conjunto con los participantes, una línea de tiempo, para identificar aquellos momentos históricos que impactaron en lo actualmente constituido, pero también para conocer y recopilar cómo se están proyectando (individual, familiar y comunitariamente). El primer resultado revela que la CACEH ha logrado apropiarse y consolidar elementos (solidaridad, unión y valores que implican compartir, preocuparse por los demás y transcender de lo individual a lo colectivo) que históricamente han estado presentes en la comunidad de San Antonio, así mismo se evidencian importantes cambios cualitativos (ideología, pensamiento, valores) en los socios y socias de la CACEH como también en los miembros de la comunidad de San Antonio aún a pesar de no ser integrantes de la organización. Se puede afirmar que los procesos organizativos dependen de las particularidades de cada contexto, pero que se construyen, tejen y fortalecen en una suerte de interacción constante entre determinados grupos organizados y su sistema inmediato (comunitario). | |
| dc.description | In the community of San Antonio, in the Cuchil parish, canton Sígsig, is located the headquarters of the (CACEH) “Caja de Ahorro y Crédito Ecos del Huallil”. It is a family organization composed of 68 associates, which I belong too, it was born in the year of 2007 over two main pillars: solidarity and cooperation. The purpose of this study was to determine the elements that this organization is contributing to the community development of San Antonio, and to identify the changes (of any kind) that have generated in the community since it was created. The participants of this research were nine members of the CACEH and three current leaders of the community San Antonio, to whom were applied semi-structured interviews. After the application of the interviews, with the intervention of the participants, we built a time line in order to identify those historical moments that had an impact on what is currently constituted, but also to know and compile how they are being projected (on the individual, family and community level).
The first result reveals that the CACEH has consolidated elements (solidarity, union and values that involve sharing, caring for others and transcending from the individual to the collective) that have been historically present in the community of San Antonio, as well it is evident important qualitative changes (ideology, thought, values) in the associates of the CACEH, and also in the members of the San Antonio community, even though they are not members of the organization.
It is possible to affirm that the organizational processes depend on the particularities of each context, but that they are built, weaved and strengthened in a kind of constant interaction between certain organized groups and their immediate system (community). | |
