| dc.description | ANTECEDENTES: La evaluación de la coherencia interna del currículo permite identificar fortalezas y debilidades de la implementación de los diseños curriculares para retroalimentarlos y alcanzar la formación de talentos humanos con alta calidad científica. Este proceso comprende la evaluación de la planificación microcurricular, los sistemas de evaluación delos programas para medir coherencia, pertinencia, calidad, sustentabilidad del aprendizaje.
OBJETIVO GENERAL: Determinar el nivel de Coherencia entre la estructura Micro curricular y el Sistema de Evaluación del Programa del Internado de Enfermería en el periodo 2016-2017.
METODOLOGÍA: La investigación mixta, estudio descriptivo-transversal, universo de 149, participan 114 internas/os, las técnicas: cualitativas como el análisis documental, cuantitativa como la encuesta, el análisis se realizó aplicando la hermenéutica dialéctica y matrices diseñadas; para la encuesta se empleó el SPSS, versión 22, aplicando la estadística descriptiva en porcentajes y frecuencias.
RESULTADOS: El análisis documental determinó la coherencia interna del macrocurrículo y el silabo del programa, aplicándose todos los paradigmas teóricos reflejados en los objetivos, contenidos, metodología, plan de prácticas; esto es corroborado por los internos: 81,6%, dicen se aplica el paradigma filosofía del cuidado, 94,1% señala que fortalece sus competencias profesionales, el nivel cognitivo alcanzado corresponde al de análisis, aplicación, interpretación más que la memoria, 64,1% refirió que utilizan el aprendizaje critico-comprensivo.
CONCLUSION: El estudio muestra la coherencia interna entre el macrocurrículo y el silabo de la asignatura de internado, con un puntaje de 38/40 alto nivel de coherencia debido a la experiencia docente, la visión y la planificación. | |
| dc.description | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: the evaluation of internal coherence of the curriculum has leaded to the identification of strengths and weaknesses regarding the implementation of curriculum designs that will enable us to learn from nd high scientific quality in the formation of human talent.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE: to determine the level of coherence between the micro-curricular structure and the system of evaluation of the nursing internship program for the period 2016-2017.
METHODOLOGY: Mixed evaluation, descriptive-transversal study, universe of 149, 114 interns participated. The techniques used were: qualitative such as the documentary analysis, quantitative such as surveys, the analysis was done by applying hermeneutic dialectics and designed matrixes; for the survey a SPSS, version 22, was applied, by means of descriptive statistics in percentages and frequencies.
RESULTS: The documentary analysis determine the internal coherence of the macro-curriculum and the program syllabus, applying all theoretical paradigms that are revealed through its objectives, contents, its methodology, and its internship plans. The following was confirmed by the interns: 81.6% stated that the Care Philosophy paradigm was applied, 94,1% state that professional competencies were strengthened. In fact, the cognitive level that was reached corresponds to the analysis, application, and to interpretation more than memorization; 64.1% mentioned that they used critical thinking learning.
CONCLUSION: this study demonstrates the internal coherence between the macro-curriculum and the syllabus of the subject of the internship, with a score of 38/40 which means a high level of coherence due to the experience of the teaching staff, the vision and the planning. | |
