| dc.description | El estudio tiene por objeto mirar al ordenamiento territorial desde el enfoque del espacio turístico; si bien es cierto, en los últimos años en Ecuador se ha venido impulsando una planificación articuladora del desarrollo y el ordenamiento territorial en donde se analiza en los diferentes niveles de gobierno los aspectos físicos, socio cultural, económico, asentamientos humanos, movilidad, energía, conectividad; sin embargo no se ha logrado mirar el potencial turístico de los territorios, ni se considera una planificación de las actividades turísticas enmarcados en los niveles de uso otorgados al suelo.
Se han planteado dos objetivos específicos para lograr lo proyectado y se ha estructurado tres capítulos; en el primero, se aborda el marco teórico tanto del ordenamiento territorial, como del espacio turístico y su articulación. Se da una mirada al referente histórico de la planificación en el Ecuador y se analiza la normativa legal referente a los dos grandes componentes de este estudio.
Posteriormente, se realiza una caracterización general del territorio de estudio, se analiza el inventario de atractivos turísticos, la presencia de equipamiento, infraestructura y planta turística alrededor de los atractivos. Se ejecuta un análisis de los elementos del espacio turístico, de las categorías de ordenación y se considera experiencias de planificación del espacio turístico en otros territorios.
Finalmente, se plantea la propuesta de la determinación del ordenamiento territorial con enfoque de la concepción del espacio turístico, plasmando lo deseado en mapas que permiten una mejor comprensión del resultado obtenido luego de todo el análisis técnico previo | |
| dc.description | The study aims to analyze the territorial order from the focus of the tourist space; Although it is true, in recent years Ecuador has been promoting an articulated planning of development and territorial ordering in which physical, socio-cultural, economic, human settlements, mobility, energy, connectivity, institutional political system and citizen participation; However it has not been possible to look at the tourist potential of the territories, nor is it considered a planning of tourist activities framed in the levels of use given to the land.
Two specific objectives have been set out to achieve the projected and three chapters have been structured; In the first one, the theoretical framework is approached as much of the territorial organization, as of the tourist space and its articulation. It gives a look at the historical reference of planning in Ecuador and analyzes the legal regulations concerning the two major components of this study.
Subsequently, a general characterization of the study area is carried out, the inventory of tourist attractions is analyzed, the presence of equipment, infrastructure and tourist facilities around the attractions. An analysis of the elements of the tourist space, of the categories of management is executed and is considered experiences of planning of the tourist space in other territories.
