Resumen
For this technical project, a comprehensive management system was developed for the proper management of the solid waste generated in the Misahuallí parish, Tena canton. For this, it was necessary to calculate the per capita production (PCP), density, volume and physical haracterization of the solid waste, using the simple method for solid waste analysis, developed by Kunitoshi Sakurai, which was applied in A population sample of 68 Housing, with the calculated PCP a projection was made for a 10-years interval, in conjunction with this, the cell was designed for the confinement of solid waste, with its respective anti-flood system and leachate treatment system, The parameters were calculated by adapting the methodology for the design of sanitary landfills of Eva Röben, which is included in the Virtual Library of Sustainable Development and Environmental Health (VLSDE), it is worth mentioning that, for technical and economic reasons, it was decided to design it for the waste from both the rural and urban parts of the Tena canton, on the other hand, an impact assessment was carried out of current solid waste management system, using the modified matrix of Leopold, it was also necessary to apply a survey, to the population currently served in Misahuallí, subsequently, based on both the survey and the impact assessment an environmental solid waste management plan was developed for the Misahuallí parish. As a result, a PCP of 0.405 kg / inhab / day was obtained, generating 2.31 Tons per day and 842.999 Tons er year, density of 288.4 kg / m3 , organic constituents (61.426%), paper and paperboard ( 8.707%), plastic (15.542%) and glass (5.479%), dimensions of the cell for 2018: 16.32 m long, area 97.94 m2 and volume of 146,91 m3 / day. It was concluded that the present project is feasible from the environmental, economic and social point of view, it is recommended to the autonomous decentralized municipal overnment of the Tena canton to proceed with the implementation of the integrated solid waste management system for the Misahuallí parish.
