Resumen
The research focuses on developing a methodology to optimize the multimedia development of virtual learning environments teachers of the School of Marketing Engineering at the ESPOCH, in the city of Riobamba, Research methods are the method of observation, using an observation guide system usage, the deductive method as a market study was conducted to content creation adapting them to the public studied. Two study groups or FOCUS GROUP, the first group consisting of 8 experts in multimedia and software design, and the second group formed of 3 users virtual education system were established. In order to evaluate the virtual learning environment, a field investigation to the 38 teachers of the school of Marketing Engineering it was also established, through which real data was obtained for statistical and assessment grids matrices with data.
Obtaining 95% as a result of user acceptance of virtual learning environments and 88% in the case of the experts, can state as conclusions using a model of software development for the creation of multimedia material provided to the teachers from School of Marketing, essential factors for a reliable software, RMM methodology provides a high level of usability when validate the application, as the different levels of development provide a filter which purifies the software, it is recommended that teachers develop their interactive educational materials, reflecting their creativity, flexibility, consistency and relevance.
