Resumen
The project is emphasized in solving the problem of the dampers, they are not given the necessary diagnostic operation and life, seeing the need to cover this gap a test is designed, our country lacks these machines or there, they are very few, and here comes the thesis topic. Different prototypes of which the best one was chose were proposed, it consists of a single phase electric motor for ease of connection 110 v, also a mechanism of an eccentric to simulate the oscillations of work and a system of gearing inversely revolutions right now. The electronic circuit allows data collection by a distance sensor and a load cell, which interacts with analog signal with the Arduino card. The distance sensor has a voltage range that varies between 0.3 V and 3.3 V, the load cell need an operational amplifier and shows the gain rectified so that the analog signal reaches the Arduino card, the port USB is recommended to the PC where the outcome of the graphics and features shown. The force-displacement graph show the result of the operation of rebound and compression damping, developed in LabVIEW this kind of software uses a programming language G, expressed in a coordinate system in the X axis the distance and in the Y axis the strength of that will be measured in N.
