Resumen
In the Ciencias Pecuarias faculty of the ESPOCH, was evaluated the effect of the maturation of the Lucerne over the In vivo digestibility in sequential form every seven days in a treatment TD
- 35 (día35), TD - 42 (day 42), TD
- 49 (day 49), TD - 56 (day 56), TD - 63 (day 63), TD 70 (day 70), in this test was used six male ovine mixed race with an age of 12 to 24 months of age and weights of between 26 to 32 kg, having corresponde deach animal to an experimental unit. The results obtained in the present investigation are considered that until day 49 it is the best time to make this work. When analyzing the digestibility of each one of chemical parameters evaluated in the present research was the following results; the organic Matter (%), go from 63,39 to 68,47, whereas the digestibility of the dry matter had the following responses, 60,61 to 63,42, the
digestibility of the protein had values that go from 76,14 to 81,38, as far as the digestibility of the fiber we had results from 37,54 to 41,77, the crude fat, exhibited the following values, 45,17 to 57,49, and the free nitrogen extract, presented the following
values between 79,50 to 83.27. By the high protein content, the high digestibility of same and on the other hand the content of low fiber, is due to consider the time of cut before day 56. If we analyzed the energy of the alfalfa in which we have to NDT
67.50% to the 42 days of cut, this is the highest value in the r
esearch and the 61,60% to the 70 days one this is the lowest one, for the digestible Energy, the best time of cut is between the day from 35 to 42 in where they had the highest values 3072 to 2617
8 (kcal/kg), and the calculated Metabolizable energy obtain
ed following results 2519 to 2171 kcal/kg. From the obtained dates from the parameters of the chemical composition of the forage, in the present research equations that allow to predict the
digestibility of the dry matter, organic matter, NDT, Digesti
ble Energy and Metabolizable Energy were constructed with the purpose of obtaining real values of the energy and digestible protein for the Formulation of rations.
