Resumen
This investigation was designed and built a didactic test brake Hidrovac with a view to have a didactic tool that allows developing skills, abilities and knowledge related to the operation brake system in the vehicles. This research began with the design of structure that supports operation of the equipment, it was assembled in two stages: first is the mechanic that includes pedal, brake booster, disc and drum; second phase it`s includes sensor electronics, data acquisition card and PC. The application of proposed system is based on brake specific software developed by the authors that feed data received from pressure sensors, force and stroke, processes and analyzes to show analog and digital signals, which are used to compare the parameters particles of booster with respect to dice obtained in practice. It should be considered during practices while the booster is used force exerted by the driver on the pedal is higher for a given pressure while obtain without the use of booster greater force is required to reach the same pressure. This combination of hands-on learning in regards to brake system, ensures quality professionals that offer their services are provided in the automotive area effectively and successfully to society; so this research will contribute to continuous improvement faculty, recommending the use of this prior knowledge computer operation and proper maintenance.
