Resumen
The design and construction of a training bank is focused on student learning , School of Automotive Engineering , to demonstrate the technological advances in automotive field and specifically with cushions which is a very important part of the suspension system . This project was performed with a structure design using software modeling and structural analysis software for finite element application to see the strength of this structure consists of a pneumatic system for the activation of the solenoid valve and cylinder tire which are controlled by sensors that receive orders on programming in LabVIEW and loaded into the acquisition card DAQ 6009. With this equipment you can determine the state of a buffer by the actions of the pneumatic cylinder, where the pressure and speed cushion having controlled during testing. By obtaining these data, the developed software is able to calculate the coefficient of compression and expansion Cc, Ce respectively, and so it is responsible for modeling the graphs of each coefficient. By testing with this team was able to determine that the expansion coefficient Ce will always be greater than the compression ratio Ce and by the ratio of these two coefficients we will determine whether the damper is in good or bad condition.
