Planificación y programación del mantenimiento del parque automotor del Gobierno Provincial de Tungurahua bajo Normas ISO 9000, 14000 y OSHAS 18000.

Abstract

The present thesis investigation consisted of elaborating the “PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING OF THE AUTOMOTIVE PARK OF THE TUNGURAHUA PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT UNDER ISO 9000, 14000 AND OSHAS 18000 NORMS”. We conducted a focus on what is an automotive maintenance itself, with this we become familiar with concepts used in the various maintenance tasks carried out in workshops. All the investigated and collected information is shown at the entity workshops in administrative aspects, maintenance quality, infrastructure, way of organizing the information of the automotives and the existing security conditions in these workshops. The technical parameters are determined to elaborate a programmed maintenance of the automotives, stressing the resources, study of times and movements and work orders among others. Moreover, the informatics software elaboration which will help the programming of different maintenance tasks is explained in detail. A complete security study which must be used at the automotive workshops is shown indicating the most common existing risks at carrying out one of the maintenance tasks. Besides, a chapter dedicated to the whole quality as to maintenance, quality norms and certification steps and routes is developed; ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OSHAS 18001: 2007 norms are explained in detail. A proposal of policy implementation of maintenance through quality management norms, environment and industrial security and labor hygiene was elaborated.
