Propuesta para mejorar el nivel de ingresos de los artesanos de artículos de cuero, del cantón Guano, provincia de Chimborazo, mediante la organización micro empresarial, período 2010 - 2011

Abstract

The following thesis is a proposal to improve the income level of the artisans in leather goods in Guano, province of Chimborazo, through a micro-enterprise organization. This research is practical, mixed, demonstrational, participatory, directed, census and court. Survey, observation and signing, were used as research tools. Some questionnaires, guided observation, data processed in Excel, bibliographic and virtual material were also developed. This thesis is based on the constitution of a company that will be known as LEATHER CRAFTMEN BUSSINESS ASSOCIATION OF THE GUANO CANTON, which objective will be to increase the income of each craftsmen by helping them to acquire raw materials at more convenient prices. Thus allowing a better competitiveness by offering products with better quality and price, improving production, marketing and selling their products. All of this being done through the participation of intermediaries. It will also count with an organic and associative structure, a structural and functional organization, an operational manual and internal rules. It is recommended that mechanisms be sought for the modernization of the artisans, through the agreements between the Ministry of Production and Competitiveness (MIPRO), to promote micro-enterprise development, providing them with modern machinery, tools, technology and production equipment.
