Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de un proyecto de pollos de engorde en los municipios de Santa Bárbara y Marinilla (Antioquia)

Abstract

This pre-feasibility study focuses on exploring the possibility of establishing a broiler production operation in the municipalities of Santa Barbara and Marinilla, located in the department of Antioquia, Colombia. This project, oriented towards the agroindustrial sector, aims to capitalize not only on the growing demand for chicken meat in the region, but also on the optimal geographic and climatic conditions for poultry breeding and production. Throughout this document, the following components are analyzed in depth: environmental and market analysis, technical conditions, environmental impact, and finally, risk and financial analysis, which provide clarity on the feasibility and potential of this initiative. These provide the necessary basis for making informed decisions and moving forward with confidence in the poultry sector. This work provides a roadmap, with a focus on sustainable development and a commitment to quality and social responsibility. This project seeks to generate economic benefits and contribute to the well-being of the local community and the strengthening of the regional economy.
