dc.description.abstractThis document presents a case study of the organizational transformation process of Esenttia, a Colombian company that faced significant challenges in its industry. The study analyzes the company's journey through the different stages of transformation, from the initial diagnosis of internal and external factors to the implementation of new strategies and processes. The document highlights the importance of a solid organizational culture and a strong leadership in driving successful transformation, as well as the need for continuous adaptation to remain competitive in a changing market. The study concludes with an analysis of the results obtained by Esenttia after the transformation, including improvements in financial performance and reputation. This case study provides valuable insights for MBA students and professionals interested in organizational transformation management and strategic planning.
