| dc.description | En este trabajo nos ocuparemos del análisis de las derivaciones y su incidencia en la posibilidad de dar inicio a un tratamiento. Se enmarca en una investigación en curso cuyo objetivo es analizar las presentaciones actuales en la clínica de los jóvenes que se acercan a la consulta. En varias oportunidades este pedido de asistencia aparece formalizado por profesionales de la salud de la misma institución; de otras instituciones de salud públicas; o profesionales de alguna de las dependencias de la universidad. La posición subjetiva inicial de los jóvenes suele se der indiferencia o rechazo. Consideramos que la posición subjetiva inicial y la modalidad de la demanda inciden en la posibilidad de instalación de la transferencia, en la que se funda la operatividad de la experiencia psicoanalítica. Sin embargo, dirigir un pedido a Otro, constituye una transferencia inicial. En el curso de las entrevistas, se intentará encontrar la oportunidad de ubicar algo de la posición subjetiva frente al padecimiento de quien consulta; que permita situar la dimensión del síntoma, como un mensaje a descifrar con la participación de un Otro con el que se establece un lazo libidinal. | |
| dc.description | In this work we will deal with the analysis of the leads and its incidence in the possibility to begin a treatment. Is part of an ongoing investigation whose objective is to analyze the current presentations in the clinic of the young people who come to the query. On several occasions this request for assistance is formalised by health professionals from the same institution; other institutions of public health; or professionals of any of the dependencies of the university. The initial subjective position of young people usually is der indifference or rejection. We believe that the initial subjective position and the modality of the demand affect the possibility of installation of the transfer, in which is the basis of the operability of the psychoanalytic experience. However, directing an order to another, constitutes an initial transfer. In the course of the interviews, it will try to find the opportunity to locate some of the subjective position in front of the condition of WHO consultation; which allows positioning the dimension of the symptom, as a message to decrypt with the participation of another with which establishes a libidinal loop. | |
