dc.descriptionThis article has the purpose of analizing the judiciary decisions of the Inter American Court of Rights issued against Chile, particularly when it comes to the content of article 2 of the American Convention of Human Rights, that establishes the obligation that the states have of adjusting their national law system to the legal provisions of the Convention.
