En este artículo se analizaron los intentos de paz en Colombia en clave a la reparación integral a las víctimas del conflicto, los avances en materia de verdad, reconciliación y garantías de no repetición. Igualmente se aborda, desde el análisis histórico el rol del estado en la reparación a las víctimas y la inclusión de estas en los acuerdos finales, por los que ha transitado la historia de Colombia. Esta revisión documental, permitirá observar, como en los acuerdos de paz, analizados desde 1982 durante el Gobierno de Belisario Betancur, hasta el acuerdo final de 2016 con las FARC E.P en el gobierno de Juan Manuel Santos, el rol de las víctimas del conflicto armado se desdibuja, presentando así ineficacia en la reparación integral, sumados a la persistencia del conflicto armado y políticas públicas de reparación normativamente aplicadas sin reconocimiento efectivo a las víctimas del conflicto.This article analyzed the attempts of peace in Colombia in the key to the integral reparation to the victims of the conflict, the advances in truth, reconciliation and guarantees of non-repetition. Likewise, from the historical analysis, the role of the state in the reparation to the victims and the inclusion of these in the final agreements, through which the history of Colombia has gone through, is addressed. This documentary review will make it possible to observe, as in the peace agreements, analyzed since 1982 during the Belisario Betancur administration, until the final agreement of 2016 with the FARC EP in the government of Juan Manuel Santos, the role of the victims of the armed conflict it is blurred, thus presenting ineffectiveness in integral reparation, added to the persistence of the armed conflict and public policies of redress applied normatively without effective recognition to the victims of the conflict.
