| dc.description | Este trabajo de investigación está fundamentado en la línea de investigación descriptiva enmarcado en el enfoque cualitativo, y se ha definido como instrumento de recolección y análisis de información la encuesta semiestructurada. A partir de los resultados obtenidos se establece la necesidad de concientizar motivar y dar claridad a los prestadores de servicio turístico de la imperante necesidad de adecuar tanto instalaciones físicas, como su servicio, dada la poca hacia la atención de las personas en situación de discapacidad o con necesidades especiales. Por tanto, se establece como objetivo: Diseñar una estrategia de formación para el desarrollo del turismo inclusivo en el Municipio de San José del Guaviare, para que la atención de personas en situación de discapacidad, se de en óptimas condiciones. Se describe la estrategia metodológica con el diseño de un plan de formación, que permite involucrar al prestador de servicio turístico en un contexto real del sector a nivel nacional, de la legislación vigente, la descripción de las diversas situaciones de discapacidad, las ventajas de adecuar y capacitar para poder de llevar a cabo estos procesos, bajo el acompañamiento y asesoría de personal idóneo, con la firme convicción de que proyectará el servicio turístico a mayores conglomerados y clientes tanto a nivel local, regional, turistas nacionales y extranjeros, que repercutirá en mejorar la calidad de vida de los pobladores del municipio de San José del Guaviare. | |
| dc.description | This research work is based on the descriptive research line framed in the qualitative approach, and the semi-structured survey has been defined as an instrument for collecting and analyzing information. Based on the results obtained, the need to raise awareness, motivate and give clarity to tourism service providers of the prevailing need to adapt both physical facilities and their service is established, given the time towards the care of people with disabilities or with special needs. Therefore, it is established as an objective: To design a training strategy for the development of inclusive tourism in the Municipality of San José del Guaviare, so that the care of people with disabilities is given in optimal conditions. The methodological strategy is described with the design of a training plan, which allows to involve the tourist service provider in a real context of the sector at the national level, the current legislation, the description of the various disability situations, the advantages of adapting and train to be able to carry out these processes, under the accompaniment and advice of suitable personnel, with the firm conviction that it will project the tourist service to larger conglomerates and clients both locally, regionally, national and foreign tourists, which will have an impact on improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality of San José del Guaviare. | |
