Nivel de conocimientos del profesional de enfermería sobre la prevención de lesiones por presión en la Clínica Maison de Santé Surco 2023

Introducción: La prevención de las Lesiones por presión (LPP) forman
parte del cuidado individual y humanizado que la enfermera brinda al
paciente durante su permanencia en las áreas hospitalarias, la
prevención de estas lesiones se convierte en un indicador positivo que
se sustenta en el cuidado diario que se brinda al paciente de manera
oportuna y segura. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimientos del
profesional de Enfermería sobre la prevención de lesiones por presión en la
Clínica Maison de Santé Surco 2023. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo, de
corte transversal, descriptivo, se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y el
instrumento validado con 31 ítems de evaluación. Resultados: El 45% de las
enfermeras tiene más de 37 años, 95% de sexo femenino, 93% cuentan
con especialidad. El 63% de los profesionales de Enfermería tienen un
conocimiento alto en la prevención de lesiones por presión, 37% medio. En la
dimensión manejo de la fricción el 73% de las enfermeras tienen un nivel alto
de conocimiento, 17% medio. En manejo de la presión el 62% tienen un nivel
medio de conocimiento, 38% alto. En la dimensión valoración de la piel, 63%
de las enfermeras tiene un conocimiento alto, 37% medio. En la dimensión
estado nutricional e hidratación un nivel de conocimiento alto en 50% y medio
en 50% de los participantes. En la dimensión prevención local el 62% tiene un
nivel alto de conocimiento, 23% medio y 15% bajo.
